OUR VOLUNTEERS

The organisation is based on volunteers and there is always room for more enthusiasts to enforce the team. For instance helping setting out the courses prior to start, posting along the track to give directions during the race, etc.

President and treasurer

Being our president Kay also provides latest updates prior to start and coordinates the race day. 

MATTHEW WALTER

Vice president

Being vice-president Matt also set outs courses including scouting new trails and takes us through the race where to go left and right prior to the start.

NICKY KELLY

Secretary and Facebook updates

Being the secretary Nicky also manages our Facebook updates and helps out in all part of the race.

STUART HAYWARD

Public officer

Stuart takes care of our legal admin and helps out setting up races like the Mt Allison trail.

Race Director and Registrar

Covering the technical parts Eric helps out as racedirector processing race results and sending out your email reports.

GRAHAM KENT

Starter and Timer

When technology fails Graham is still there with the backup finishing times. With his steady hand giving the start shot on race day.

Website and Fundraising

Leah helps out in setting up and maintaining the new website.

Grant proposals and Checklists

Damien helps out in writing grant proposals and oversees our checklists for smooth operation of a race day.
