Don't let this seemingly simple concrete bike path fool you. You might think it's a flat, easy run but that only lasts for about the first 400m, and then come the hills. Just when you think they're all gone, there's more and then one big one and the medium and long will get to experience them both. The short will only get the first couple. My advice is to not go out hard as you'll need to save your energy for the home leg. Being a concrete path, it certainly is stroller friendly but don't expect a quick time this week. The scenery is lovely with the waterfront on one side and beautiful homes on the other. This is an all weather track as well so will be on even if there is rain. There are toilets right near the start and plenty of parking along the street. This course's difficulty rating is 3.5/5.
