Race 13

Well this is as tough as they get! A very hilly and challenging course through Rumbalara Reserve at Springfield. This course will get your lactic acid pumping with steep inclines and concrete and metal stairs. The track is rocky and you really need to pay attention to where you are running. We start at the lookout at the top of Dolly Ave. There is a toilet block there and plenty of parking along the road way. This is definately not stroller friendly but a great track to have a walk along through the bush. The 3 different distances go different ways with the long usually doing 2 laps of the medium course. Distances may be shorter than usual this week (i.e. 1.5km, 3km) due to the degree of difficulty. This course's difficulty rating is 5/5.
